And yes, I must agree that from the writer’s point of view, “reform” is often a lazy word. But I can’t promise to not use it in the future, though …

Why are the current plans always referred to as reforms, when they do nothing to reform health care, that is improve it? All they do is change the current system, mainly for the worse.
